Is a starchy fermented Cassava, it is a staple in countries such as Cameroon, DR Congo, Republic of Congo, Gabon and Equatorial Guinea.

It is made by fermenting Cassava in water for up to fourteen days, then turning it into a paste and wrapping the paste in banana leaves, then steaming it.
